Hi, I'm Alyssa! I am an impact consultant with experience in measurement and evaluation, strategic consulting, and building operational infrastructure. I've designed measurement frameworks, led multi-year strategic planning processes, and built data systems that help organizations make better decisions. Across my work I bring three cross-cutting capabilities: facilitation, communication, and research.
My work sits at the intersection of rigorous analysis and relational trust. I'm as comfortable building measurement frameworks and analyzing data as I am facilitating a room of stakeholders toward shared goals.

About
I hold an MSc in Human Rights from LSE and an MPA from Brigham Young University. Before consulting independently, I led data strategy at Promise Partnership Utah, a cradle-to-career collective impact partnership, and delivered concurrent client engagements at Cicero Group, a boutique strategy consultancy.
I've presented at national conferences, contributed to sector publications, and built networks across the collective impact and racial equity fields. I'm available for project-based and ongoing engagements.
